Descendants of Captain James Crewdson

• Descendants of Elizabeth Crewdson's (Harry's older sister) family discovered alive and well in Tennessee. This family has already supplied us with a copy of the Captain's obituary which you can find on the page about the Captain's family. More to follow.

• For those who have not yet heard, Peg Crewdson passed away March 23, 2000. Here is a link to the obituary that appeared in the local paper. Shortly afterwards, in April, Marion Crewdson Rice died of heart failure.
• Descendants of William James Crewdson's (Harry's older brother) family discovered alive and well in Vancouver. We are in touch with these Crewdsons. More to follow.

That branch of us that descends from Harry Crewdson is here in the USA because a chemical plant in Chester, PA couldn't manage to make Rayon without the help of a group of Brits called the Rayon Gang.

I hope here to collect and display old photographs of the Crewdson family. I know it is hard to part with them since you may not trust me to send them back. Send them one at a time until you get some confidence in me! Here are some pictures of the Mary Barrow including some exciting ones from Tim Latham.
